Deutsche Bahn, an international provider of mobility and logistics services, needed a global career site to attract the best talent possible.



With some 300,000 employees, of whom roughly 200,000 are based in Germany, DB is one of Germany’s largest and most diverse employers. Each year the company seeks to fill jobs in more than 500 different occupations with up to 8,000 enthusiastic new employees.



The proposal was to design a website that could both work as tool for searching and classify job opportunities and communicating in an attractive way all the benefits of being part of DB.
